Quality

At the Emergency Post General Practitioners Gelders Rivierenland, we strive to provide the best emergency care for our patients. We are always critical of our processes and look at where things can be (even) improved.

In addition to the legal obligations (including the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act, Wkkgz), we meet the standards of the Emergency Care Chain quality framework. This quality framework describes how parties in the healthcare sector work together to provide good quality care to every patient with an emergency care need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The fact that we meet the above standards is evident from the quality mark. Every year, the quality of our care and services is tested by an independent organization.  View the QR code below to view the current NEN certificate.

Patient satisfaction survey

We are curious about your experiences with our General Emergency Care and would therefore like to ask you to complete a survey. The answers you provide provide us with useful information that we can learn from and use to improve our services.  The questions include how you were spoken to, whether you were listened to sufficiently and whether you agreed with the advice or (proposed) treatment.

Please pass on your experiences to us:

  • Have you recently visited the GP post as a patient or has the GP visited you? Then we ask you to fill in this questionnaire .

The questionnaire takes about 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. This means that the data you enter cannot be traced back to a person.

Thank you very much for your cooperation!
