Are you not satisfied?

The general practitioners and staff do their utmost to provide patients with high-quality care. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied. Or you feel that you have not been treated in the right way. If so, we would like to hear about it. Your reactions and your complaints give us the opportunity to improve. We would also like to hear from you if you are satisfied. We would also like to hear tips or ideas to further improve our services! 

Discuss your dissatisfaction with the healthcare provider

If you are not satisfied, you can report this directly to one of the employees of the Emergency Post General Practitioners. This can be with the care provider involved, but also with a colleague. Do you find it difficult or can’t figure it out? Then you can also submit your complaint in writing. This can be done in various ways:

In the letter, include your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, signature and a clear description of the event and what your complaint is about it. Are you filing a complaint on behalf of another patient? Then we need an authorization from the patient in question. Without this authorization, we cannot handle your complaint. Download the authorization, have it signed and send it along with the letter.

What do we do with your complaint?

The complaints officer will contact you as soon as possible. Together you will discuss the complaint and see how you can solve the complaint. Sometimes this is through a conversation with the healthcare provider, for example. The complaints officer will mediate in this. This person does not take sides, but helps you and the Emergency Post General Practitioners to resolve the complaint.
